Wheelie Cool Stuff Giveaway Rules

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to anyone with a valid email address who resides in the United States. Participants must be of the age of majority in their state of residence or older. Employees of Wheelie Cool Stuff, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.

2. Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on August 2, 2024, at 11:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST) and ends on August 4, 2024, at 5:00 PM CST.

3. How to Enter: Participants can enter the giveaway in one of two ways: 
    • Online: By submitting an entry using the online form available on our website.
    • In-Person: By filling out an entry sheet at our booth at the Abilities Expo Show.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. Prizes: One (1) winner will receive a $20 gift card to be used at Wheelie Cool Stuff’s online store. The gift card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes.


5. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place on August 6, 2024, and the winner will be notified via email around 12:00 PM CST on the same day. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

6. General Conditions: Participation in the giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Wheelie Cool Stuff, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

8. Liability Release: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Wheelie Cool Stuff and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

9. Disputes: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Illinois, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Illinois having jurisdiction.
